Progression in learning of:
Objective: To take athletes to their highest level in acro lines connected, for example; dove-rondada-flic-pirouette. Adding tempos, forward flips, and many more tricks.
Objective: Pyramids appropriate level 7, ensuring proper progression and safety of athletes that level. Pyramids that reach three floors.
Purpose: jumps have more difficulty, improving flexibility and height.
Achieve maximum coordination and difficulty in routine dances.
